Gems Films Studios is a leading acting school in The Hague, training Dutch and international talents for theatre and on-camera performance.

We focus on the craft of acting — developing strong fundamentals that support both stage and screen work. Our training combines scene study, character development, improvisation, voice and body work, and performance technique for theatre and camera.

At Gems Films Studios, talents are encouraged to work with attention, discipline, and curiosity. We create a structured environment where students can build confidence, deepen their understanding of performance, and grow at their own pace while being challenged to improve.

Our acting courses are offered in both Dutch and English, with separate Dutch and English groups for all three levels of training — from beginners to more experienced performers.

We welcome talents of all nationalities and ages, and value diversity as an essential part of the creative process. Our approach values process over shortcuts. Talents learn how to work truthfully with text, respond to scene partners, and adapt their performance to different mediums without losing authenticity.
